What is TimeshareU?
Timeshare U, the timeshare industry’s first and only online training university. Timeshare U is the only place where salespeople, managers and marketers can have 24/7 access to educational videos, podcasts, webinars and courses from industry experts in an entertaining andinteractive environment.
How do I subscribe?
Visit the Subscriptions page of TimeshareU and select either an individual or Team Pack subscription. Once your select your subscription type, you’ll enter the store, where you can sign up for your annual subscription using a credit card.
I have a subscription. Why can't I take any of the courses?
Subscriptions and courses are two separate products. Courses must be purchased separately and, once purchased, are only available for a limited amount of time (see the course descriptions for more information).
What does my subscription get me?
Unlimited access to the entire training library, which includes hundreds of videos, podcasts, and blogs. The library is updated with new content regularly.
Why is the library empty?
You can only see if the library content if:
1. you have a subscription, and
2. you are logged in.
If you have a subscription, simply log in and then visit the library. If you don't have a subscription, sign up today and get immediate access to the entire library.
What are the courses?
Courses provide in-depth training that covers not just sales and training techniques, but the psychology of the sales and training process in a way that teaches you how to be more effective with every single guest interaction. Courses have video and audiowith accompanying PowerPoint presentations or graphics, as well as exercises, coaching tools, and tests (where you can show off everything you've learned)! Successful completion of a course gets you a certificate you can hang on your wall!
There are two types of courses currently available on TimeshareU.
1. Levitin Group Elective Courses
These courses are each divided into 3 modules; each module is purchased separately. Modules are about 15 minutes long and include audio, video, graphics, interactive exericses, and quizzes. Individuals may enroll in these courses in the TimeshareU Store. Once enrolled, you'll have access to the course for 30 days.
2. Levitin Group Academy Courses
These courses are divided into 4-6 chapters which are 1 hour long and include video, PowerPoint presentations, interactive exercises and tests. Individuals may only enroll in these courses in their entirety through a Certified Levitin Group Course Facilitator. Once enrolled, you'll have access to the course on the TimeshareU website for 2 weeks.
Please note: After you've purchased your course, you only have a limited period of time for completing the course. LG Academy Courses are available for 2 weeks after purchase. LG Elective Courses are available for 30 days after purchase. You must complete the course within this timeframe in order to receive a Certificate of Completion.
How do I use TimeshareU?
To use TimeshareU, simplesign up for a subscription and then visit the library to access hundreds of videos, podcasts and blogs about a variety of topics that are related to the vacation ownership industry. To view the library content, select a subject and then double click on the thumbnail of the content you'd like to access. Library content is intended to be a reference for sales and marketing training and is designed to assist both veterans and people new to the industry.

Why should I subscribe?
To get unlimited access to a constantly growing library of training content on topics that can make you more successful! Subscribers also receive advance notice and early registration for new courses and webinars.
Why should I purchase a course?
While a subscription to TimeshareU gives you a breadth of knowledge on a variety of subjects related to the vacation ownership industry, courses give you in-depth knowledge of their subject matter. Courses can build your expertise and give you tools and techniques for improve your career. Because courses are more than just video – they're video supplemented with PowerPoint presentations, exercises, coaching tools, and tests – they provide you with a full learning experience that will help you build new skills.
Why should I purchase a webinar?
Webinars provide information on timely and current topics. They bring you up-to-date on the latest influences to the vacation ownership industry and give you the tips you need to address them!
I have a subscription. Why can’t I see anything in the library?
You're probably not logged in (sometimes, if you've left the webpage open for too long without doing anything, the system will log you out). Try to log in again!
Why can't I enroll in an LG Academy Course?
LG Academy Courses are only available for purchase to people who have completed the LG Train the Trainer course. If you’re a salesperson, marketer or OPC and want access to a course, have your trainer or manager consider enrolling in the Levitin Group Train the Trainer Course.
How can I get my training content on TimeshareU?

How do I sign up for a course?
You may purchase individual subscriptions to the LG Elective Courses. To do so, Select the LG Elective Course course you want to take from the LG Electives page and then click “Enroll Now.” This will take you to the store. Once you've purchased the course, you'll receive an email with a link directly to the course. Once enrolled, you'll have access to your LG Elective Course for 30 days.
Graduates of the LG Train the Trainer Course can purchase Team Packs (10 enrollments at a time) of access to the LG Academy Courses. To do so, select the LG Academy Course you want to bring to your team on the LG Academy Courses page and then click “Enroll Now.” This will take you to the store. Once you've purchased the course, you'll receive an email with information on how to use your 10 enrollment codes. Enrollment codes provide will have immediate 2-week access to the courses, beginning on the date of purchase.
I signed up a course, but I can’t see it anymore. What happened?
Courses are only available for a limited time. LG Elective Courses are available for 30 days. LG Academy Courses are available for 2 weeks. The most current and correct availability is noted in the course descriptions and in the store.
How do I get credit/certification for taking courses?
When you finish a course with a passing score, you'll receive a Certificate of Completion. You must complete your course during the access period in order to receive your Certificate of Completion.
How do I access the webinars?
To attend a webinar, visit the Webinar page and select “Enroll Now” next to eh webinar you wish to attend. Only upcoming webinars will be listed. Once you have signed up an email will be delivered to your inbox with instructions. Leading up to the webinar, additional instructions will be sent out.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel a renewed subscription up to five (5) days following the renewal date and receive a full refund of the new subscription term fees. For more information, see our Terms of Use.
How can my team get a subscription?
People who have completed the LG Train the Trainer Course may purchase a subscription for their teams as a “Team Pack,” which is a package of 10 subscriptions to the TimeshareU library that may be used concurrently.
How can my team take an LG Academy Course?
LG Academy Courses are only available for purchase as a Team 10-Pack by graduates of the LG Train the Trainer course. LG Academy Courses are intended to be facilitated by these graduates. Once a set of licenses for an LG Academy Course has been purchased, the team may take the course as a group. Each team member must have an access code from the 10-Pack. More than one 10-Pack can be purchased at a time.
Can I share my account with my friends?
No. Sharing your access to TimeshareU is prohibited. Your account activity is monitored and if we findevidence of account sharing, your subscription or access to your course will be cancelled immediately, with no refund. See our Terms of Use for more information.
How will using TimeshareU improve my career and help me succeed?
Training is a process, not an event. Continued success in your career means continued training. TimeshareU gives you power over your training so that you can train when you want, where you want, and as often as you want! Can I watch videos on my mobile device?
All videos, podcasts, andblogs in the library are available on mobile devices EXCEPT for Apple mobile products (iPhone, iPad, or iTouch).
What are the differences between courses, videos and webinars?
Videos are part of the TimeshareU library. Videos average 15 minutes in length and cover a variety of topics in different situations and settings. Some videos are a single person discussing a training topic, while others are demonstrations of a technique.
Webinars are online seminars that may be live or recorded, and may include interactive options. Webinarsgenerally cover timely issues or topics and last 30 minutes to one hour.
Courses are online trainings that are interactive, explore subjects in depth, they are designed to teach you give you a learning experience. The courses include video, PowerPoint, exercises and assessments. Courses are broken down into chapters or modules, which can range in length from 15 – 60 minutes each.
Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds.
What is myTSU?
MyTSU, or myTimeshareU isyour TimeshareU profile page. It's the place that tracks your progress by giving you points for every videos, podcast, blog, webinar, and course you watch. It's also the place where you can see how well you measure up to therest of the TimeshareU community. The myTSU scoreboard shows you who's leading the pack and getting the most out of their TimeshareU community. Want to lead the pack? The more content you watch, the more points you'll receive (and you may even learn something along the way)! It's a win-win situation.
How do I earn points for myTSU?
You earn points by takingcourses and webinars or by watching items in the TimeshareU library. Point values are as follows:
LG Academy Courses: 100 points + badge
LG Elective Courses: 25 points
Webinars: 10 – 50 points
Library videos/podcasts/blogs: 5 points
How often is new content loaded?
At least once a month!
Will I be notified when new content is loaded?
Yes, you will receive an email newsletter each month with a list of the additional titles.
How do I know when new courses are available for purchase?
New courses will be announced on the site and via email, so keep your eye out for them!
How do I know when a new webinar is available?
Webinar schedules will beposted on the site and will be announced via email.
How do I get into the Founder’s Club?
The Founder’s Club is a group of people who purchased their subscription before TimeshareU launched! Sorry, but it's an exclusive club!
How do I see a list of content that I’ve watched?
Your myTSU page keeps track of everything you've done on TimeshareU, including which videos/podcasts/blogs you've watched and which courses/webinars you've taken. Visit your myTSU page to see all of your TimeshareU activity!
